Student Cancellations: - Our studio is not responsible for any cancellations made by students. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. Studio Cancellations: - In the event of inclement weather, our studio will follow the Stroudsburg School District’s cancellation guidelines. - If classes are canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, make-up classes will be offered based on the availability of the teachers. Make-Up Classes: - Make-up classes will be scheduled at the discretion of the studio and the availability of the teachers. - Information about make-up classes will be communicated to students as soon as possible. Yearly Sign-Up Cancellation: - If you are signing up for the year, there will be a $200 cancellation fee. A refund will not be issued. Monthly Commitment Cancellation: - All classes taken per month must be committed to per semester. If canceled, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. Semesters: - Fall Semester: September 16 through December 20 - Spring Semester: January 6 through May 16 Showcases: - Winter Showcase: Friday, December 20 - Spring Showcase: Friday, May 16 Payments: - All payments must be made via auto pay or paid in full by check/money order. Payment Plans: - To commit to the year, families may pay in four installments: September, December, January, and April.
